As a long standing supporter of the Motorsport Industry HELLA once again sponsored the International Rally of Whangarei. The popular gravel flying fun event again attracted thousands of spectators, especially with Motorsport legend Ken Block attending and winning the Rally. The American YouTube sensation lived well up to his reputation of being a people’s person by relentlessly signing fan memorabilia and chatting away with his fans on his stop right in front of the HELLA Hospitality tent. Another familiar face amongst the competitors was Emma Gilmour from Dunedin, who proudly showcased HELLA lights on her race car, sponsored by HELLA. The new HELLA corner in Towai proved to be a prime spectator point and attracted lots of fans for some close up views of their favourite competitors. |
