HELLA New Zealand 50 Year Promotion – Terms and Conditions:

Weekly Give Aways

  • By participating in this promotion, you are deemed to have accepted these below Terms and Conditions.
  • Competition commences Sunday 1st January 2023 and concludes on Friday 15th December 2023 (competition period). Qualifying entries must be within these dates.
  • Winners of the prizes will be drawn randomly on every Monday the week following at HELLA New Zealand, 58 Ben Lomond Crescent, Pakuranga, Auckland. Winners will be published (Facebook/HELLA Website). The winners will be notified within 7 days of the draw.
  • Prize consists of a HELLA merchandise package that includes but not limited to one each of the following: Backpack, Cooler bag, Cap, Beanie, Bluetooth Speaker, Multitool, Travel Mug.
  • HELLA Merchandise giveaways may vary from that advertised at any time due to supply constraints.
  • HELLA New Zealand will make all reasonable attempts to contact prize winners using the details provided on their entry forms. Should those attempts fail, HELLA New Zealand Ltd reserves the right to select another winner by random draw.

Monthly Prize Draw

  • The competition for the Monthly Giveaways commences Wednesday 1st February 2023 and concludes Thursday 30th November 2023.
  • Qualifying entries must be within these dates.
  • Eligibility of entry for the Monthly Giveaways requires Proof of purchase for specific HELLA products that are on Promotion through Hella New Zealand Ltd for that month from Participating Distributors.
  • Proof of purchase must clearly show the following but not limited to: Date, Tax Invoice Number, Part Number, Quantity, GST Number.
  • Only one entry per person per proof of purchase.
  • Multiples of one part if purchased on a single invoice must be entered online as many times.
  • Winners of the prizes will be drawn randomly on the first Tuesday of the month following at HELLA New Zealand, 58 Ben Lomond Crescent, Pakuranga, Auckland. Winners will be published (Facebook/HELLA Website). The winners will be notified within 7 days of the draw.
  • HELLA New Zealand Ltd invoices are not a valid proof of purchase and are excluded from the promotion entry.
  • HELLA New Zealand Ltd reserves the right to substitute at any time the Monthly Giveaways shown in any advertising material, for a similar product and based on availability.
  • HELLA New Zealand will make all reasonable attempts to contact prize winners using the details provided on their entry forms. Should those attempts fail, HELLA New Zealand Ltd reserves the right to select another winner by random draw.

  • All prices above are based on recommended retail prices at the time of print and are subject to change at any time.
  • Prices above are based on indicative retail values and take into effect no trade or wholesale discounts.
  • The Promotion is open to New Zealand Residents only.
  • Prize is not redeemable for cash or any other form of compensation.
  • HELLA New Zealand is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained while using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  • In the event of any dispute, HELLA New Zealand’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • HELLA New Zealand reserves the right to extend, cancel or amend this promotion at any time.
  • Entry is limited to one per person.
  • Once prizes have left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
  • By participating, entrants grant HELLA New Zealand exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, videos, voices, and likeness in connection with the Promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
  • The promoter is HELLA New Zealand Ltd (NZBN 9429040543376), 81-83 Ben Lomond Crescent, Pakuranga, Auckland.
  • The nature of the competition is a lottery with no element of skill involved. Every correct entry has equal chance of winning.
  • HELLA New Zealand reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion on reasonable grounds.
  • No additional purchase or cost is necessary to win or participate in the Promotion. HELLA New Zealand takes no responsibility for any costs incurred to enter the Promotion.
  • Failure to supply all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry might result in the entry being invalid.
  • All entrants consent to participate and co-operate as required in all promotional activities relating to the Competition or Giveaway. Entrants also agree to receiving email newsletters (which can be unsubscribed from at any time).
